PASTOR'S SECRET LIFE EXPOSED: Wife's Death Linked to Years of Digital Terror!

PASTOR'S SECRET LIFE EXPOSED: Wife's Death Linked to Years of Digital Terror!

The serene beauty of Lumber River State Park in North Carolina concealed a tragic end. On April 27, 2024, Mica Miller, just 30 years old, was found deceased, her death later ruled a suicide. But beneath the surface of this heartbreaking event lay a disturbing pattern of alleged control and harassment.

For over a year, beginning in November 2022, Mica Miller was reportedly subjected to a relentless campaign of cyberstalking by her estranged husband, John-Paul Miller, a 46-year-old pastor. The indictment details a systematic effort to isolate and terrorize her, a chilling descent into fear.

The alleged harassment wasn’t limited to unwanted calls and messages – sometimes exceeding fifty in a single day. It extended to interference with her finances, disruption of her daily life, and even the deliberate damage to her vehicle. Investigators discovered evidence of tire deflation and the purchase of a related device.

The accusations escalate further, alleging the placement of tracking devices on Mica’s car and the unauthorized online posting of a private, nude photograph. These actions, according to the federal indictment, instilled in Mica a “reasonable fear of death and serious bodily injury,” causing profound emotional distress.

When questioned by investigators about the damaged tires, John-Paul Miller allegedly provided false statements, attempting to conceal his actions. This deception led to further scrutiny and ultimately, a federal indictment on charges of cyberstalking and making false statements.

The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office initiated the request for federal involvement shortly after Mica’s death, recognizing that elements of the case extended beyond their jurisdiction. Deputies had responded to a 911 call from Mica herself, expressing fears of self-harm, finding her with a fatal, self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Sheriff Burnis Wilkins emphasized that the investigation was driven by facts and evidence, combating the rapid spread of rumors and speculation that followed Mica’s death. The Sheriff’s Office shared all findings with the FBI, and communicated openly with the Miller family.

While the federal charges do not change the official cause of death, they highlight the devastating impact of domestic abuse, even in its non-physical forms. This case serves as a stark reminder of the insidious nature of control and the profound suffering it can inflict.

John-Paul Miller faces a potential five-year prison sentence on the cyberstalking charge and two years for the false statements, along with substantial fines. He is scheduled for arraignment in Florence, South Carolina, on January 12, 2026. The couple had separated, and Mica had filed for divorce just days before her tragic death.
