A 75-year-old woman in Seattle suffered a horrific, life-altering attack earlier this month, losing an eye after being brutally assaulted on a downtown street corner.
Jeanette Marken had just picked up a food order when she was struck in the face with a wooden club, crudely modified with a screw protruding from the end. Surveillance footage captured the full force of the blow as the assailant approached and swung the weapon.
