PUTIN STRIKES NOW: Trump on Collision Course with War!

Kyiv endured a relentless overnight assault, a barrage of nearly 500 drones and 40 missiles, including the formidable Kinzhal hypersonic weapons. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy described the attack as a stark revelation of Vladimir Putin’s true intentions, unfolding just hours before a planned meeting with former President Donald Trump.

The capital city bore the brunt of the attack, with energy facilities and civilian infrastructure deliberately targeted. At least one life was lost, and 27 individuals sustained injuries, as rescuers desperately searched for those trapped beneath the rubble of shattered residential buildings.

Zelenskyy is preparing to present a comprehensive 20-point peace proposal to Trump in Florida on Sunday, a plan aimed at finally ending the brutal conflict. However, he sharply contrasted Russia’s rhetoric with its actions, questioning the sincerity of their diplomatic engagements.

“Kinzhals and ‘shaheds’ speak for them,” Zelenskyy stated, emphasizing that the ongoing attacks expose Russia’s unwillingness to genuinely pursue peace. He accused Putin’s inner circle of actively seeking to inflict further suffering on Ukraine and exert pressure on the international community.

The Ukrainian President issued a stark warning: if Russia continues its aggression even during the holiday season, targeting homes and essential infrastructure, a decisive response is imperative. He called upon the United States and Europe to leverage their capabilities and take “truly strong steps.”

Trump, anticipating the meeting, asserted his central role in any potential peace agreement. He declared that no deal will be finalized without his explicit approval, signaling a firm intention to dictate the terms of resolution.

Russia’s Defense Ministry claimed responsibility for the “massive strike,” justifying it as retaliation for Ukrainian attacks on what they termed “civilian objects” within Russia. They stated the operation targeted energy infrastructure supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces and military-industrial enterprises.

Prior to the Kyiv assault, Russian air defenses reportedly intercepted and destroyed seven Ukrainian drones over the Krasnodar and Adygeya regions, highlighting the escalating cycle of attacks and counterattacks that continues to grip the region.
