Grenell Death Threat: Suspect SILENCED – Judge's SHOCKING Order!

A 33-year-old man is now in federal custody, accused of making chilling threats against Richard Grenell, a prominent ally of former President Trump and the current President of the Kennedy Center. The case unfolded in Alexandria, Virginia, with a federal judge ordering the suspect’s detention following an arraignment Tuesday afternoon.

Scott Allen Bolger faces charges of transmitting threats across state lines and deliberately misleading federal investigators. Authorities allege Bolger used the Google Voice platform to send menacing messages to Grenell, including explicit threats of violence. This technology allowed him to conceal his identity while delivering the disturbing communications.

The Justice Department considers the decision to detain Bolger before trial a significant victory, noting such actions are not commonplace. Investigators were able to trace the threats back to Bolger through evidence gathered from his phone records, despite his attempts to disguise himself during questioning.

When federal agents visited Bolger’s McLean, Virginia residence, he allegedly identified himself as “Brian Black,” a clear attempt to obstruct the investigation. If convicted on both counts, Bolger could face a maximum sentence of five years in prison.

Grenell, a former U.S. Ambassador to Germany, delivered a powerful statement through the court, expressing his deep concern over the escalating nature of political animosity. He acknowledged the right to express anger and disagreement, but drew a stark line at threats of physical harm.

Grenell’s statement referenced the tragic loss of a friend, Charlie Kirk, emphasizing the critical need to take threats of violence seriously. He argued that such behavior transcends political discourse and represents a dangerous escalation towards real-world harm.

The judge overseeing the case, U.S. Magistrate Judge William Fitzpatrick, has a history of challenging the Justice Department. He recently raised concerns about irregularities in the handling of grand jury materials related to the Comey investigation, suggesting potential misconduct.

This arrest occurs amidst a broader trend of increasing threats and intimidation directed at public figures across all levels of government. Recent events, including political assassinations and violence against law enforcement, have fueled concerns about a rise in politically motivated violence.

Grenell’s statement underscored the urgency of addressing this issue, calling for community leaders to condemn calls for violence and ensure swift consequences for those who engage in such behavior. He warned that unstable individuals are closely observing how these situations are handled.
