Jeffrey Epstein’s disgraced socialite pal Ghislaine Maxwell has become the target of rage from fellow inmates at the Texas slammer where she’s being held.
The pampered prison princess was reportedly gifted countless extra minutes to speak with her family on the phone at Christmas.
According to the Daily Mirror , inmates at FPC Bryan get 300 minutes of phone time per month. The calls are limited to 15 minutes, but sources told the newspaper that Maxwell gets double those minutes.
She is serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking.
“She’s living a completely different life to the rest of those inside,” a source told the Mirror. “Most women get a normal day apart from a Christmas dinner. People are obviously missing their loved ones, and they literally live to have contact with their loved ones.
“Then you’ve got Maxwell being treated like a VIP. It felt to many like she was given her own phone. There is no end to the privileges she has been afforded. It’s caused real anger. It feels like one rule for her and another for everyone else.”
Epstein files being released
The British publishing heiress was a key component in Epstein’s sinister sex-trafficking apparatus that moved girls around the world to be raped by his coterie of like-minded pals. Maxwell recruited the vulnerable girls and also took part in threesomes with underage teens like the late Virginia Giuffre.
Due to the tidal wave of Epstein files being released , Maxwell is back in the news and is reportedly working the back channels to get U.S. President Donald Trump to give her a presidential pardon.
The connections and entitlement are not flying at minimum-security FPC Bryan. On Christmas Day, her 64th birthday, Maxwell was allegedly given special treatment, “festive comforts and privileges.”
Among the additional complaints:
— Maxwell is allowed to play with the service dogs being trained at the prison (typically inmates are banned from this).
— Extra help from prison staffers.
— Exemptions from rationing, including on toilet paper and other high value commodities.
— Customized vegetarian meals that are delivered directly to her cell by high-ranking corrections employees.
Instead of a traditional turkey dinner, the stiletto-thin predator instead opted for carrots, cauliflower, cabbage and roast potatoes. This Christmas was much better than last year’s when she was locked up at the much tougher FCI Tallahassee in Florida.
Transferred after speaking well of Trump
Maxwell was mysteriously transferred to the Club Fed in Texas days after speaking well of Trump to his deputy attorney general, Todd Blanche, about his friendship with Epstein.
Politicians and victims alike were enraged by the Maxwell manoeuvre.
At the Lone Star prison, fellow inmates have said the twisted socialite has become a symbol of privilege. The final straw was the rich girl known as Epstein’s madam being given a puppy to play with.
According to one whistleblower, FPC Bryan Warden Tanisha Hall has acted as Maxwell’s personal administrative go-between, handling documents and correspondence that would normally take weeks to reach other prisoners.
She has also been afforded top-notch treatment when she has visitors. The socialite and co. talk in cordoned-off areas complete with refreshments. Visitors can also bring computers into the prison.
Even during a lockdown, the Mirror reports, Maxwell was allowed to meet her visitors in the prison chapel.
