BORDER CHAOS: DHS UNMASKS Suspects – Everything You Were Told Was A LIE!

BORDER CHAOS: DHS UNMASKS Suspects – Everything You Were Told Was A LIE!

A tense situation unfolded in Portland as a U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent fired upon two individuals after they allegedly attempted to strike him and other agents with a vehicle. The incident ignited immediate political fallout, with Democrats voicing strong criticism of federal law enforcement actions.

The Department of Homeland Security has identified the two injured individuals as Luis David Nico Moncada and Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contreras, both Venezuelan nationals who entered the U.S. illegally. DHS asserts both are suspected members of Tren de Aragua, a notorious foreign criminal organization.

According to DHS, the confrontation occurred after Border Patrol agents initiated a traffic stop and identified themselves. Moncada, the driver, allegedly accelerated the vehicle toward the agents, prompting the agent to discharge his firearm. Both individuals subsequently fled the scene but were apprehended by Portland Police and transported to a hospital for medical attention.

Moncada reportedly entered the U.S. in 2022 and was released under the current administration. He has a prior arrest record including driving under the influence and unauthorized vehicle use, and currently has a final order of removal. Zambrano-Contreras entered the country in 2023 and is suspected of involvement in a Tren de Aragua prostitution ring, as well as a previous shooting incident in Portland.

DHS vehemently refuted reports characterizing the injured individuals as a married couple, stating they are a gang member and an associate involved in criminal activity. This assertion directly contradicts initial narratives circulating in the aftermath of the shooting.

Portland’s mayor has called for a halt to all ICE operations within the city, demanding a full and independent investigation into the incident. He expressed a lack of trust in federal accounts of the events, citing past concerns about the actions of federal agents.

Oregon’s governor attributed the incident to the policies of a previous administration, claiming they fostered an environment of lawlessness and recklessness. She emphasized the need for transparency and accountability from federal law enforcement.

A senator from Oregon placed blame on a previous administration, alleging their actions inflamed violence in the city. The senator called for an end to the deployment of federal agents in Portland.

This shooting follows a similar incident in Minneapolis, where an anti-ICE protester was fatally shot after allegedly attempting to run over an ICE agent. In that case, the agent fired in self-defense. Both events have sparked widespread protests and condemnation from Democratic leaders across the nation.

The shootings have ignited a national debate about the use of force by federal agents, immigration enforcement policies, and the role of criminal organizations operating within the United States. The investigations into both incidents are ongoing, promising further scrutiny and potential legal challenges.
