LEFTIST TIKTOK CALL TO ARMS: Prepare for WAR with ICE!

LEFTIST TIKTOK CALL TO ARMS: Prepare for WAR with ICE!

The story of Danesh Noshirvan extends far beyond public activism, plunging into a disturbing pattern of deceit and potential criminal behavior. His involvement with radical networks is matched by a troubling record revealed within the confines of a federal courtroom.

During a hearing last May, Noshirvan made a startling admission under oath: he failed to secure the legally mandated age verification and consent forms for explicit content filmed with his wife and another woman. This omission directly violates federal law, specifically 18 U.S.C. §2257, carrying a potential prison sentence of up to five years for each violation.

Noshirvan’s attempt to navigate the legal system through a lawsuit spectacularly backfired, exposing these critical details. A Florida federal judge responded with a stinging rebuke, imposing $62,320 in sanctions for what the court deemed “outrageous” and bad-faith misconduct throughout the proceedings.

The courtroom drama escalated with a profanity-laced deposition where Noshirvan attempted to intimidate opposing counsel. He leveled baseless accusations of racism against a Black attorney and fabricated claims of “revenge porn,” tactics the judge clearly identified as harassment.

Even after the legal proceedings, Noshirvan continued his aggressive behavior, turning to social media to incite his followers with demonstrably false and inflammatory posts. These posts were designed to threaten those who opposed him, a pattern resembling the abuse of legal processes and online manipulation to intimidate adversaries.

Investigators uncovered a sophisticated network supporting Noshirvan’s attacks, revealing an “army of AI-driven bot profiles” linked to his campaigns. Court sources describe an “AI-run cancel culture mob,” automated accounts deployed to harass and terrorize targets on a massive scale.

Under oath, Noshirvan confessed to utilizing deceptive online tactics, including “sock puppet” accounts and fabricated personas – such as "@JOEYSCRAMPS2020" and "Erica Sabonis" – to smear and stalk his victims. These weren’t isolated incidents, but part of a calculated strategy.

This “Mega Influencer,” as he’s known, relies on a complex infrastructure of deception: undisclosed funding sources, connections to extremist groups, and a digital hit squad designed to execute his agenda. It’s a system built on manipulation and intimidation.

Now, with his history of inflammatory rhetoric – including calls for armed resistance against ICE – combined with a growing record of lies and intimidation, Danesh Noshirvan has become a symbol of a dangerous new form of activism. The crucial question remains: will authorities finally hold this individual accountable for his actions?
