Nadeem Ali, 32, of Oakville, is wanted on robbery and assault cause bodily harm charges in connection witih an April 25 incident at a downtown Toronto hotel.

Three GTA men has been charged with robbery and assault causing bodily harm and two more suspects are still sought by Toronto Police.

The charges stem from an incident on April 25 around 4:30 a.m., in the Bay St. and Adelaide St. W. area, where it’s alleged the victim was waiting in line to check into a hotel and five people were ahead in the queue.

Cops allege a verbal fight between the victim and the suspects turned physical and the group assaulted the victim who had his personal property stolen before the the suspects fled the scene on foot.

On May 4, Piraveen Jegathesvaran, 30, of Whitby, and Gurman Bhandal, 25, of Caledon, were arrested and charged. And on Monday, Harneet Dhindsa, 25, of Blue Mountains, was arrested and charged.

A fourth suspect has been identified as Nadeem Ali, 32, of Oakville, and he’s now wanted on robbery and assault cause bodily harm charges.

He’s described as a male, 28-35 years old, with a medium build, short black spiky hair, short black beard, and medium to long length beard, wearing a black puffy jacket with white writing saying SUPREME across the chest, a black T-shirt with red AMIRI logo on left breast and on back, and blue jeans.

One additional suspect remains unidentified, and investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.

He’s described as a male, 28-35 years old, with a thin build and a short black beard wearing a black T-shirt with BALENCIAGA written across the chest, a white or grey hoodie unzipped with hood up, grey faded jeans with rips on both pant legs, white sneakers, and glasses with thin metallic frames.

ARMOURED VEHICLE GUARD SHOT AT WATERLOO BANK

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a targeted shooting involving an armoured vehicle at a financial institution in Waterloo.

Cops say on Wednesday, around 2:30 a.m., officers responded to the area of Fischer‑Hallman Rd. and Erb Str. W. of gunshots and found a victim suffering from gunshot wounds.

Cops allege a 25-year-old male employee of the armoured vehicle company had been approached by multiple unknown individuals and was subsequently shot.

The victim was taken to an out‑of‑region hospital with serious injuries.

 Durham cops are looking for two suspects in an alleged pizza payment fraud scam (DPRS)

BEWARE OF DOMINO’S PIZZA DELIVERY SCAM

Durham Regional Police have of several incidents involving a fake Dominos Pizza delivery driver and customer taking fraudulent payments in exchange for cash.

Cops say the fraudsters will approach you, often near a vehicle that has a fake Dominos Pizza sign affixed, and ask for your help in paying for their order by using your banking cards in exchange for cash but will swap your debit card for a different one, and subsequently drain the cash from your account.

The suspect vehicle has been described as a grey Hyundai Sonata; however, the fake Dominos Pizza sign can be affixed to any vehicle.

If you are approached by unknown individuals with a similar story, please note any suspect and vehicle details and contact police.

MAN, 57, ACCUSED OF HAMILTON STABBING

A 57-year-old Hamilton man has been arrested after a stabbing sent another man to hospital Wednesday night.

Hamilton Police say shortly after 10 p.m. they received a report of a stabbing at a residence in the area of Francis St. and Douglas Ave.

Upon arrival, officers located the victim, a 31-year-old Hamilton man, suffering from a stab wound who was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The accused was located on scene and charged with aggravated assault.

TWO FIREBUGS SOUGHT FOR PICKERING ARSON

At least two suspects are sought following an arson in Pickering.

Durham Regional Police say Thursday, around 12:10 a.m., officers responded to an assist fire call at a plaza in the area of Rougemount Dr. and Kingston Rd.

A convenience store was reportedly engulfed in flames and officers assisted Pickering Fire Services with traffic control as they worked to extinguish the fire. No injuries have to police.

Further investigation revealed two suspects fled the area in a dark-coloured sedan immediately following the start of the fire.

Anyone who was in the area between 11:30 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. and has cellphone, dashcam, surveillance footage or information about this incident is asked to call police 1-888-579-1520, ext. 1905, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
