Christopher Steven Schwable, 36, is accused of grabbing a seventh-grade student by the throat, escalating the situation when he brandished a folding knife at those who dared to intervene.
The attack began when Schwable approached a group of children awaiting their school bus and physically assaulted one of them, sparking immediate concern from nearby adults.
