ICE NIGHTMARE: They Called This Evil "Heinous" – California SILENCED!

ICE NIGHTMARE: They Called This Evil "Heinous" – California SILENCED!

A chilling case has emerged in California, prompting a forceful response from the Department of Homeland Security. A detainer has been filed against a 20-year-old Mexican national, accused of a crime described by officials as “the most heinous” they’ve ever encountered.

Enrique Bautista-Vasquez faces charges of rape, sexual assault of a person unable to consent, and sexual assault of a particularly vulnerable victim. The alleged attack occurred in Cathedral City, and Bautista-Vasquez is currently held in Indio, awaiting prosecution.

The victim, a 14-year-old girl with autism, habitually wanders from home due to her condition. On December 31st, Bautista-Vasquez allegedly lured her from a nearby college campus, leading her through a business park and ultimately to his residence.

Investigators allege a horrific assault took place at his home. Details revealed by police paint a disturbing picture of brutality, including allegations of sodomy and vaginal intercourse.

Evidence discovered at Bautista-Vasquez’s residence further implicated him in the crime. Women’s boots and bloodstains on bedsheets were found, raising immediate red flags for authorities.

The investigation also uncovered fraudulent documents in his possession – a stolen Texas Social Security card and a fake federal permanent residency card. These findings suggest a deliberate attempt to conceal his identity and evade detection.

This case is now a focal point in the ongoing debate surrounding sanctuary policies. DHS officials express hope that the severity of these crimes will compel jurisdictions to cooperate with ICE detainers, prioritizing public safety and national security.

Adding another layer of complexity, Bautista-Vasquez had previously been deported with a final order of removal. He re-entered the U.S. shortly before a change in administration, and was released into the interior.

Officials point to a pattern of released violent criminals re-offending. California, they claim, has released over 3,700 individuals with violent criminal records, leading to further victimization of American citizens.

The Department of Homeland Security has established the Victims of Immigrant Crime Engagement Office (VOICE) to provide support to those affected by crimes committed by non-citizens. Assistance is available by calling 1-855-488-6423.

The case now rests with California authorities, and the question remains whether the state will honor the federal detainer request, potentially preventing a convicted child rapist from being released back into the community.
