RED ALERT: China's Shadow War on Minneapolis EXPOSED!

RED ALERT: China's Shadow War on Minneapolis EXPOSED!

A simmering unrest has gripped Minneapolis, marked by clashes between demonstrators and law enforcement. But beneath the surface of the protests, a complex web of funding is emerging, revealing a potential source of influence from a surprising direction.

Investigations are uncovering connections to a figure with deep ties to the Chinese Communist Party. This individual, now residing in Shanghai, is allegedly channeling substantial funds to organizations actively involved in fueling the demonstrations and broader anti-ICE sentiment across the United States.

The Party for Socialism and Liberation and The People’s Forum have emerged as key groups mobilizing agitators, coordinating efforts to bring protestors to the streets not only in Minnesota, but in cities nationwide. These organizations, according to reports and congressional inquiries, are heavily subsidized by Neville Roy Singham, a former tech mogul who relocated to China in 2017.

Singham’s move to China has effectively placed him beyond the reach of U.S. legal processes. Despite decades of scrutiny from federal investigators – dating back to 1974 when the FBI questioned his activities – a former federal prosecutor explains that a subpoena is nearly impossible to enforce internationally.

The scale of Singham’s financial support is staggering. A New York Times exposé revealed over a quarter-billion dollars funneled through opaque networks of “dark money” organizations, often operating from unassuming addresses like UPS mailboxes. This funding aims to amplify a radical ideology and challenge U.S. interests.

In Shanghai, Singham reportedly shares office space with a Chinese media company dedicated to promoting a favorable narrative of China, actively working to “tell China’s story well.” This proximity raises serious questions about the intent behind his extensive financial contributions within the U.S.

Congressional committees in both the House and Senate have launched investigations into Singham’s activities. Lawmakers have repeatedly urged the Biden and Trump administrations to thoroughly examine his network, particularly in connection to disruptive protests, including recent unrest in Los Angeles.

The House Oversight Committee, led by Rep. James Comer, specifically investigated Singham’s alleged funding of anti-ICE riots. Their inquiries highlighted his history of supporting groups that oppose U.S. interests and align with U.S. adversaries.

Further scrutiny came from the House Ways and Means Committee, which questioned the IRS about tax-exempt organizations promoting CCP propaganda, including The People’s Forum. Concerns were raised that these groups were mixing progressive advocacy with CCP talking points, operating with minimal oversight.

Senators Marco Rubio and Lindsey Graham also requested information from the Attorney General regarding investigations into Singham’s associated organizations. Despite these efforts, Singham remains largely untouchable, shielded by his residency abroad.

Experts emphasize the undeniable organization behind the Minneapolis protests. A former Air Force JAG officer stated that the demonstrations are “supported by organizations…collaborating to get these folks out there and engage in what turns out to be repeated acts of criminal misconduct.”

A critical point of concern is Singham’s failure to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). Lawmakers have repeatedly noted this omission, suggesting a deliberate attempt to conceal his influence operations. The lack of transparency surrounding these funds is compounded by the limited reporting requirements for the recipient organizations.

Charities and non-profits receiving these funds are not obligated to disclose their donors, allowing Singham to maintain distance from the activities of the groups he supports. He can claim “clean hands” while simultaneously providing the financial means for potentially disruptive actions.

On the ground in Minneapolis, even those participating in the demonstrations acknowledge external support. When questioned by a reporter, one agitator openly admitted to being “paid right now,” hinting at a coordinated effort with financial backing.

Despite numerous requests, Singham has remained silent, offering no comment on the allegations surrounding his funding and connections to the Chinese Communist Party. The questions surrounding his influence, and the source of the unrest, remain unanswered.
