HELLS ANGELS UNDER SIEGE: COKE, GUNS, & A MASSIVE POLICE TAKEDOWN!

HELLS ANGELS UNDER SIEGE: COKE, GUNS, & A MASSIVE POLICE TAKEDOWN!

A coordinated crackdown shattered the illicit operations of a powerful drug network stretching across Quebec and into northern New Brunswick. The operation, spearheaded by the Sûreté du Québec and bolstered by the RCMP, aimed to dismantle key Hells Angels-linked cocaine distribution channels and disrupt their control over territory.

Wednesday saw a wave of simultaneous raids, with police executing search warrants at 17 homes and 17 vehicles across both provinces. This followed an initial phase of operations last week, intensifying the pressure on the criminal organization and signaling a significant escalation in law enforcement efforts.

The scope of the seizures revealed a sophisticated and lucrative operation. Authorities recovered a staggering 15 kilograms of cocaine, alongside over $564,000 in cash – a clear indication of the network’s financial power.

RCMP carried out two raids in New Brunswick near Edmundston linked to Hells Angels operations in Quebec.

Beyond the drugs and money, the raids unearthed a disturbing arsenal. Investigators confiscated seven long guns, two handguns, and two protective body armor vests, highlighting the potential for violence associated with the group.

The investigation also uncovered evidence directly linking individuals to various Hells Angels factions. Police seized jackets identifying members and prospects of the Nomads NB, Street Soldiers North Shore, TR, and Red Devils Maritimes chapters, painting a picture of a widespread network.

The haul extended beyond traditional contraband, with the discovery of 500 THC vapes and approximately $5,000 worth of silver bars. These additional seizures suggest a diversification of criminal activities beyond cocaine trafficking.

Searches weren’t limited to rural areas; police also targeted locations within major Quebec cities including Montreal, Laval, Trois-Rivières, and several communities north of Montreal. This demonstrates the organization’s reach extended deep into urban centers.

While authorities have been careful to describe the targeted group as “linked” to the Hells Angels, the evidence gathered strongly suggests a close and collaborative relationship, aimed at maximizing profits and maintaining control within the criminal underworld.
