The 25-page document, recently unearthed, isn’t about peaceful discussion; it’s a tactical manual for disruption. It calls for monthly acts of “mass non-cooperation,” urging students to walk out of classrooms and boycott businesses – a deliberate attempt to demonstrate the nation’s dependence on their participation.
The core message is clear: the current system is illegitimate, “captured by billionaires,” and ripe for overthrow. Students are presented as key agents of change, tasked with destabilizing the status quo and building momentum for a radical transformation.
A significant focus of the plan centers on opposing ICE, framing the agency not as a law enforcement entity, but as an “occupying army” and a tool of authoritarian control. This narrative has fueled campaigns like “ICE Out For Good,” utilizing disruptive noise demonstrations outside facilities housing agents.
