J6 BOMBSHELL: CIA REJECTED Cop Who Knew Too Much!

J6 BOMBSHELL: CIA REJECTED Cop Who Knew Too Much!

The investigation into the January 5th pipe bombs placed near the Republican and Democratic National Committee headquarters took a startling turn with a newly revealed detail. For months, a former U.S. Capitol Police officer, now with the CIA, was publicly considered a prime suspect, even possessing a seemingly airtight alibi.

Brian Cole Jr., 30, of Virginia, was arrested in December 2025 after a “fresh review” of evidence allegedly linked him to the devices. He pleaded not guilty, despite admitting to planting the bombs during intense interrogation, and was denied bail. But simultaneously, the FBI was intensely focused on another individual: a former law enforcement officer with a surprising new career.

That individual, Kerkhoff, was interviewed by the FBI on November 6, 2025, and subjected to a polygraph examination. The results were damning. She failed, and the examiner noted a “very controlled reaction” and “seemingly rehearsed responses” when confronted with the results – a detail that immediately raised red flags.

Within 24 hours, the FBI opened a full investigative file on Kerkhoff, issuing subpoenas and requests to preserve her electronic records. They even attempted to question her and a colleague at her home, followed by an interview with her dog walker. The pace of the investigation was relentless and, according to one former FBI agent, the joint interview with an Assistant U.S. Attorney was “definitely a bit unusual.”

Unbeknownst to Kerkhoff, she was under full surveillance throughout November 2025. The FBI requested her employment records from the CIA and even obtained footage of her visiting a podiatrist, seemingly for a gait analysis. This intense scrutiny occurred while Cole was also under investigation, creating a parallel track of inquiry that remained hidden from public view.

Now, Cole’s attorneys have filed a motion demanding access to a wealth of information related to Kerkhoff. They are seeking the video of her at home with her dog – the very alibi presented to clear her name – along with her CIA records, communications, and electronic devices from the critical period surrounding January 5th and 6th.

The motion also requests records related to attempts to scrub publicly available information about Kerkhoff, and details of her work schedule. The scope of the request suggests a belief that Kerkhoff’s alibi was constructed, and that her connection to the events of that night is far from resolved.

Steve Baker, the journalist who initially brought Kerkhoff’s potential involvement to light, reacted to the new filings with a statement of vindication. He expressed forgiveness towards those who doubted him, but reserved sharp criticism for those who actively dismissed his reporting, demanding accountability.

The unfolding situation raises profound questions about the initial focus of the investigation, the handling of evidence, and the possibility that crucial information was deliberately obscured. As Cole’s attorneys press for answers, the truth behind the January 5th pipe bombs may be closer to being revealed than ever before.
