While Jang Chang-ha remains the officially designated director of the Missile Administration, evidence suggests Kim’s daughter is actively involved in its operations. She is reportedly receiving briefings from high-ranking generals and issuing directives, a remarkable ascent for someone so young.
This isn’t merely a symbolic gesture. South Korean intelligence agencies believe her increasing public presence signals a deliberate move towards establishing her as a potential successor.
