ILOILO'S FUTURE IS GREEN: Cybergate Tower 3 Just Made History!

A new landmark in Iloilo City has achieved a significant milestone, earning LEED v4 Silver Certification – a globally recognized mark of sustainable building practices. This achievement underscores a growing commitment to environmentally responsible development beyond the bustling capital.

The Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3, part of a larger 10-hectare destination estate, represents a strategic investment in the long-term growth of Western Visayas. Developers envision this regional hub empowering businesses to expand while offering professionals a better quality of life, closer to family and community.

Tower 3 adds twelve floors of cutting-edge office space to an already thriving complex, joining Tower 1 and Tower 2. The design prioritizes efficiency and well-being, catering to the needs of BPO firms, IT companies, and other enterprises seeking a prime provincial location.

Beyond its modern aesthetic, the tower incorporates a range of sustainable features. Energy-efficient systems, upgraded fixtures, and thoughtfully designed shared spaces contribute to a reduced environmental footprint.

The development doesn’t stop at energy conservation. Bike racks, lush landscaped areas, and panoramic views of the Iloilo countryside promote a connection with nature. Forward-thinking infrastructure includes pre-provisioning for electric vehicle charging, anticipating a shift towards greener transportation.

Innovative solutions like LED lighting and an on-site sewage treatment plant further minimize environmental impact. A dedicated habitat restoration project, covering over 25% of the site, actively supports ecological balance and urban green spaces.

Construction itself prioritized sustainability, utilizing recycled-content materials to minimize waste and champion circular-economy principles. This commitment extends beyond mere compliance, aiming for genuine environmental stewardship.

Meanwhile, a new retail experience is taking shape in Cainta, Rizal. A large-format Shopwise store is planned for the Sierra Valley Destination Estate, promising to serve both local residents and visitors.

Spanning over 7,000 square meters, with 5,000 square meters of leasable space, the Shopwise facility is designed for efficient, high-volume sales and bulk value. This big-box format is particularly geared towards meeting the needs of middle-class families and small business owners.

The project, spearheaded by Robinsons Logistix & Industrials, Inc., will leverage their expertise in developing Grade A logistics facilities to create a scalable and impactful retail infrastructure. Completion is anticipated in the first half of 2027, with a store opening slated for the third quarter.

This development represents more than just a new store; it’s an investment in community growth and opportunity. The aim is to address real needs and create lasting benefits for years to come.

Robinsons Logistix currently operates thirteen facilities across key locations, including Calamba, Laguna; Sucat and Muntinlupa City; Pampanga; and Rizal, offering modern warehouses with flexible layouts. These facilities demonstrate a commitment to supporting a robust and efficient supply chain.
