TRUMP DECLARES VICTORY: IRAN'S TOP GENERAL ELIMINATED!

The world shifted on its axis with the confirmation of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s death, a strike authorized directly by former President Donald Trump. It wasn’t simply a strategic move against the Iranian regime, but a preemptive action, a settling of accounts years in the making, according to the former president himself.

Trump revealed a chilling narrative: he acted to eliminate Khamenei before alleged Iranian plots to assassinate him could come to fruition. “I got him before he got me,” he stated, referencing multiple attempts on his life that intelligence agencies had been tracking for years.

These weren’t idle threats. U.S. prosecutors had already unsealed charges against individuals linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), accusing them of actively surveilling and planning Trump’s assassination. The plots reportedly intensified during the 2024 election cycle.

One case centered on Farhad Shakeri, an Afghan national allegedly directed by Iranian contacts to meticulously track Trump’s movements and formulate a detailed assassination plan in the crucial weeks leading up to the election. A separate indictment targeted Asif Merchant, a Pakistani national, involved in another IRGC-linked murder-for-hire scheme aimed at U.S. political figures, including the former president.

While Iran consistently denied involvement in these alleged plots, U.S. officials had long maintained that retribution for the 2020 drone strike that killed IRGC Quds Force commander Gen. Qasem Soleimani was inevitable. Intelligence assessments consistently showed an elevated threat level against Trump from Iranian actors.

Trump framed the elimination of Khamenei as the culmination of this escalating, covert conflict – a direct response to threats against his life and a necessary measure for national security. He believed the action was fully justified, given the perceived danger.

The operation, conducted in coordination with Israel, represented the most significant escalation in tensions between Washington and Tehran in years. Coordinated strikes targeted not only Khamenei but also senior regime officials and critical infrastructure throughout Iran.

The immediate aftermath remains fraught with uncertainty. Iran’s opaque succession process and the volatile regional landscape leave the future unclear. Experts anticipate retaliation, likely through proxy groups and asymmetric warfare, rather than direct military confrontation.

For Trump, however, the message was stark and resolute. He had anticipated the danger, understood the threat, and acted decisively. “They tried twice… I got him first,” he declared, signaling a clear end to a dangerous chapter.

The long-term consequences of Khamenei’s death are still unfolding, but one thing is certain: the balance of power in the region has been irrevocably altered, and the shadow war between the U.S. and Iran has entered a new, unpredictable phase.
