TEEN TERROR: Manhunt for Kidnapper After Savage Station Attack!

TEEN TERROR: Manhunt for Kidnapper After Savage Station Attack!

An 18-year-old woman is at the center of a police investigation following a terrifying kidnapping in Toronto last summer. Authorities allege she played a crucial role in orchestrating a deceptive scheme that led to a violent ordeal for the victim.

The incident began with a false promise – a fabricated date that lured the victim to the St. Clair Ave. W. and Christie St. area late on July 26th. Upon arrival, the victim was immediately ambushed by a group of individuals.

Forced into a vehicle against their will, the victim endured hours of captivity, subjected to assault and relentless demands for money. The ordeal left them with non-life-threatening injuries, but the psychological scars undoubtedly run deep.

Ashley Crenshaw, 18, of Hamilton, is wanted for kidnapping, kidnapping for ransom or service, conspiracy to commit an indictable offence and two counts of forcible confinement.

Police eventually located the victim a few hours after the initial abduction. Now, they are seeking Ashley Crenshaw, described as having brown curly hair and a medium build, in connection with the kidnapping, conspiracy to commit a crime, and forcible confinement.

In a separate incident, two male teens are facing charges after a brazen robbery at a TTC station. A busker performing at Finch Station had a firearm pulled on them while collecting change and streaming live online.

The victim was approached by three individuals who stole their earnings. When confronted, one of the suspects allegedly brandished a firearm, escalating the situation into a terrifying armed robbery. Meekal Ali, 19, and a 16-year-old have been charged, but the third suspect remains at large.

Adding to the recent wave of unsettling events, a man is facing multiple charges after allegedly stealing a snow-plowing vehicle and crashing it into the emergency department of Toronto General Hospital. The incident occurred midday on Monday, causing significant damage.

Norman Gayvan Lane, 37, allegedly drove the stolen utility task vehicle through the hospital entrance, sustaining non-life-threatening injuries in the process. He now faces charges including theft, dangerous operation, and property damage.

These incidents, occurring within a short timeframe, highlight a concerning pattern of violent crime in the city. Investigations are ongoing, and police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
