SMITH'S HIT LIST REVEALED: Ex-AG Silenced for Questioning 2020!

SMITH'S HIT LIST REVEALED: Ex-AG Silenced for Questioning 2020!

The investigation into the challenges to the 2020 election results has taken a dramatic turn, focusing now on the communications of a former Kansas Attorney General. Federal investigators, under the direction of Special Counsel Jack Smith, have subpoenaed phone records related to the former official’s account, seeking a comprehensive view of his digital footprint.

The scope of the request wasn’t limited to a single number. Investigators demanded any and all phone numbers linked to the former Attorney General, alongside the specific Internet Protocol (IP) addresses used when accessing the internet through devices connected to Verizon’s network. This suggests a meticulous effort to map his online activity and potential communications.

This subpoena echoes a previous, controversial action known as “Arctic Frost.” That investigation targeted phone records of numerous Republican members of Congress, including at least eight U.S. Senators. Both the Arctic Frost subpoenas and this latest order were signed by U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg, a judge appointed by former President Barack Obama.

Judge Boasberg’s history includes public disagreements with the previous administration, adding another layer of scrutiny to the legal proceedings. The timing and nature of these subpoenas have already sparked intense debate about the boundaries of the investigation and the potential for political motivations.

Details emerging from the earlier Arctic Frost investigation reveal a significant step: the seizure of former President Trump’s government-issued phone by Special Counsel Jack Smith. This action, disclosed by former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, underscores the aggressive approach being taken by the Special Counsel.

Beyond the phone records, Smith’s team has also subpoenaed President Trump’s personal records, broadening the investigation’s reach. These actions indicate a wide-ranging effort to gather information related to the challenges to the 2020 election and the events surrounding the transition of power.
