This expansion represents a bold step for Rockwell, marking its first venture beyond the bustling metropolis of Metro Manila. The new mall, slated to open in the third quarter of 2027, promises to deliver the signature Power Plant Mall experience to the vibrant Kapampangan community.
Spanning an impressive 32,000 square meters of leasable space, the mall will carefully curate a blend of internationally recognized brands and beloved local businesses. Shoppers can anticipate a familiar yet uniquely Pampanga-infused atmosphere, complete with inviting al fresco dining areas reminiscent of the flagship Makati location.
Attendees at the topping-off ceremony, including potential tenants and key partners, were given an exclusive preview of the mall’s future. Detailed mock-ups showcased the planned store facades, interior finishes, and the overall layout designed to echo the sophisticated style of its predecessor.
The Power Plant Mall Angeles is the centerpiece of the 4.6-hectare Rockwell at Nepo Center, a mixed-use development that broke ground in October 2023. This project builds upon a foundation of successful residential launches, beginning with The Manansala in June 2021.
The Manansala proved exceptionally popular, selling out completely and commencing unit turnovers in January 2026. Subsequent residential towers, The BenCab (87% sold with turnover in December 2026) and The Aurelio (recently launched), have continued to fuel the development’s momentum.
The overwhelmingly positive reception to both the residential and retail components has spurred even more ambitious plans. Rockwell Land has announced an expansion of the development, adding an additional 9,000 square meters to accommodate future growth and innovation.

The progress at Rockwell at Nepo Center resonated with investors, as shares in Rockwell Land experienced a notable increase in value, closing at P1.86 each – a rise of 5.68% – on the day of the topping-off ceremony.
