IRANIAN SPIES EXPOSED: Canada Just Kicked Them Out!

IRANIAN SPIES EXPOSED: Canada Just Kicked Them Out!

A quiet but resolute action is underway within Canada’s borders. Hundreds of visas have been revoked, targeting individuals linked to the Iranian regime, a move signaling a firm stance against its actions.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) revealed that, as of March 5th, 239 visas were cancelled due to connections with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). This follows a designation in November 2022 that initially flagged the regime’s leadership as inadmissible to Canada.

The impetus for this increased scrutiny comes from a surge in public awareness. Approximately 280 tips have been submitted through the Border Watch Line since late 2022, originating from both concerned citizens and external organizations.

The process is meticulous. When a tip is received, the CBSA investigates. If the concerns are substantiated, the case is forwarded to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) for a final determination of inadmissibility.

Should the IRB deem an individual inadmissible, a deportation order is issued. The CBSA then takes responsibility for removing that person from the country swiftly. Investigations are also proactively launched when senior regime officials are suspected of being present in Canada.

The scale of the review is significant. Nearly 17,800 visa applications have been examined for potential ties to the Iranian regime. This comprehensive assessment led to the initiation of 174 CBSA investigations.

Not all investigations result in deportation. Seventy-nine were closed after it was determined the individuals were either not in Canada or were not high-ranking members of the regime. However, 32 individuals were flagged as inadmissible due to their connections.

Of those 32, 23 were referred to the IRB for hearings. Three cases were resolved when the individuals voluntarily left Canada. Seventeen cases were actively pursued by the CBSA, with eight already concluded.

The results of those concluded cases are stark. Three individuals were confirmed as senior regime officials and have been issued deportation orders, with one already removed from Canada. This demonstrates a commitment to enforcing the inadmissibility designation.

Canada formally designated the IRGC as a terrorist group in 2024, citing its support for regional terrorism and its documented history of human rights abuses. This designation underscores the rationale behind the visa cancellations and ongoing investigations.
