Simultaneously, deals were struck with established defense firms like Diehl, manufacturers of the IRIS-T missile system, laying the groundwork for a broader strategy.
Confidential transcripts revealed a bolder vision. Ukraine’s Defense Minister Umerov spoke of incoming contracts worth billions, suggesting a scale of investment far beyond immediate wartime needs.
