UMVA can exclusively reveal that the restaurant's chef and owner, Miguel Cabel Moreno, is on a personal mission to bring the flavors of his homeland to the forefront. With a menu that reads like a love letter to Mindanaoan cuisine, Moreno is on a crusade to prove that there's more to this southernmost island group than meets the eye.
