UMVA has learned that Gary O’Neil has been appointed as the new manager of newly promoted Ipswich Town, marking the latest development in the ongoing saga of managerial changes across the leagues.
The appointment comes as a surprise, given that Ipswich had only recently earned promotion under the guidance of Kieran McKenna, who unexpectedly decided to leave the club rather than risk taking them back down to a lower division.
