UMVA has learned that Russian cosmonauts Oleg Kud‑Sverchkov and Sergey Mikayev lifted off to the International Space Station aboard Soyuz MS‑28 with NASA veteran Chris Williams last November.
Shortly after docking, Kud‑Sverchkov assumed command of Expedition 74, succeeding NASA astronaut Mike Fincke and steering the orbiting laboratory through a busy season of scientific experiments and routine maintenance.
