AI-ASSISTED KILLER: Florida Student's Chilling Secret EXPOSED!

AI-ASSISTED KILLER: Florida Student's Chilling Secret EXPOSED!

Hisham Abugharbieh, a 26-year-old former student, now faces the most serious of accusations: two counts of first-degree premeditated murder. The alleged victims are his roommate, Zamil Limon, and Limon’s girlfriend, Nahida Bristy, both doctoral students with bright futures.

The chilling details began to emerge with the discovery of a body in Tampa Bay, near a bridge where authorities had been searching for Bristy. While formal identification is pending, investigators believe it to be her. Days earlier, the remains of Zamil Limon were found on the Howard Frankland Bridge, initiating a desperate search for Bristy.

Before the tragic discoveries, Abugharbieh allegedly turned to an artificial intelligence chatbot, ChatGPT, seeking answers to disturbingly specific questions. On April 13th, he inquired about disposing of a body, asking what would happen if a person were placed in a black garbage bag and thrown into a dumpster.

The chatbot responded with a warning: “It sounds dangerous.” Undeterred, Abugharbieh pressed further, asking, “How would they find out?” This exchange occurred just three days before Limon and Bristy, a couple planning their wedding in Bangladesh, were last seen.

His digital inquiries didn’t stop there. Abugharbieh also posed questions about firearms, including whether neighbors could hear a gunshot, and the possibility of altering a vehicle’s identification number. He even asked if anyone had survived a sniper bullet to the head.

Limon and Bristy vanished from the University of South Florida campus on April 16th. Limon was last seen at the apartment he shared with Abugharbieh, while Bristy was last spotted an hour later in a campus science building. Both were dedicated students – Limon studying geography and environmental science, Bristy pursuing a Ph.D. in chemical engineering.

The university described Bristy as a “talented and promising” student, a graduate of Noakhali Science and Technology University. Her disappearance and the subsequent events have cast a dark shadow over the academic community.

Abugharbieh’s arrest was anything but routine. Initially detained on preliminary charges – unlawfully moving a dead body, failure to report a death, tampering with evidence, false imprisonment, and battery – he barricaded himself inside his family’s home when police arrived responding to a domestic violence call.

A SWAT team, complete with a drone, a robot, and crisis negotiators, was deployed. Abugharbieh eventually surrendered, emerging with his hands up and clad only in a blue towel. He had been a student at USF from 2021 to 2023, pursuing a degree in Management, but was no longer enrolled at the time of the alleged crimes.

He is currently being held without bond, facing a potential death penalty if convicted in Florida. The investigation continues, piecing together the events that led to this devastating outcome and seeking to understand the motivations behind these horrific acts.
