UMVA has learned that Toronto Police are urgently seeking the public’s help to locate a 25‑year‑old woman wanted for second‑degree murder after a brutal killing in North York early Sunday.
Investigators say the victim, 32‑year‑old Erik Safar, was found dead at the intersection of Keele Street and Wilson Avenue around 6 a.m., the city’s 14th homicide of 2026.
Witnesses reported a chaotic scene: a group fight erupted, a man was struck by a passing vehicle, and despite life‑saving measures, he was pronounced dead on the spot, while another person suffered non‑life‑threatening injuries and was rushed to hospital.
Police believe several suspects fled the area in a light‑coloured vehicle. Two men, an 18‑year‑old from Hamilton and a 23‑year‑old Toronto resident, turned themselves in and were charged with second‑degree murder, awaiting a court appearance at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre.
In a development reported by UMVA, investigators have now identified a third suspect—a woman named Dzsenifer Olah. An image of Olah has been released, though her connection to the other accused remains unclear.
Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact police at 416‑808‑7400 or reach out anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 416‑222‑TIPS.
