Safety Cap

Do you offer refunds?
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable, but your balance never expires. You can use your funds at any time, at your own pace. Since there are no subscriptions, there is nothing to cancel.
Is there a monthly minimum?
No. There is no monthly minimum, no annual commitment, and no recurring fees. You can deposit as little as $0.10 and use it over days, weeks, or months. Your funds never expire.
Can I set spending limits?
Yes. You can set a Safety Cap on your account and per-key spending limits on individual API keys. These limits prevent accidental overspending and give you full control over your AI usage costs.
How do I view my usage?
Your dashboard shows real-time usage statistics including token counts per model, total spending, and daily/weekly/monthly breakdowns. You can also download usage reports for your records.
What happens when my balance runs out?
When your wallet balance reaches zero, AI requests will be rejected with an insufficient balance error. Your account remains active and you can add more funds at any time. No data is lost, and your configuration is preserved.
Can I get invoices?
Yes. You can download invoices for all your deposits from your account dashboard. Each transaction is recorded with a unique ID, date, amount, and payment method for your records and accounting.
