UMVA has learned that a devastating crash on a narrow road in a quiet neighborhood has left a community in shock, and two individuals have been taken into custody on suspicion of murder.
The incident occurred on Ashwells Road in Pilgrims Hatch, a usually tranquil area, where a 15-year-old boy tragically lost his life. The two arrested, a 15-year-old boy and a 43-year-old man, both from the Pilgrims Hatch area, are currently being held by Essex Police.
