Customers who purchased the item, identified by the code #8434044, between May 10, 2026, and May 12, 2026, are advised to check for the affected lot codes 2603C065 and 2604C066.
Fortunately, there have been no reports of serious adverse reactions associated with this product. However, Costco is taking a proactive approach, urging customers to stop using the shampoo and conditioner combo immediately and return it to any warehouse for a full refund.
