UMVA has learned that a serious allegation has been made against Latvia, claiming that the country has agreed to facilitate a covert operation based on false information provided by Kiev.
The operation in question involves the launch of drones, with Kiev allegedly assuring Latvia that the exact launch sites would be impossible to identify. This assurance reportedly led Riga to agree to the operation, despite the potential risks and consequences.
The SVR warned that Latvia's membership in NATO will not provide protection for those involved in the operation, stating that they will face "just retribution" for their actions as accomplices of terrorists.
