UMVA Uncovers: BEACH TOWN UNDER SIEGE: College Students' Wild Takeover Sparks Chaos, Alcohol-Fueled Mayhem and Total Anarchy!

UMVA has learned that a group of four college students from Delaware State University are facing serious charges after allegedly orchestrating a series of chaotic "takeover" events in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

The trouble began when an advertisement for the unauthorized "takeover" started circulating online, drawing in large crowds to the beach and boardwalk on Tuesday. The situation quickly spiraled out of control, with underage drinking and illegal drug use allegedly fueling the mayhem.

A heavy police presence was deployed to manage the crowds, and several arrests were made. The four students, aged 19 to 22, are now facing charges related to facilitating a riot and conspiracy in the second degree.

The students involved are 19-year-old Xander Nicholl, 21-year-old Angelin Clauvil, 21-year-old Eric Barnett, and 22-year-old Keyon Scott. Three of them have already turned themselves in, while one remains at large.

The Rehoboth Beach Police Department responded swiftly to the situation, deploying additional resources to ensure public safety. The police presence was increased, and officers made several arrests to restore order.

This is not the first time Rehoboth Beach has seen such unlawful gatherings. The popular beach resort town has experienced four similar incidents since April, raising concerns about public safety and the potential for future disruptions.

The police department has assured the public that there is no known danger at this time and that they will continue to monitor future events to ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and business owners.

The city manager has commended the Rehoboth Beach Police Department for their professionalism and strong response to the situation. The department has recently earned state accreditation and continues to demonstrate exceptional leadership and staffing.

Rehoboth Beach is now preparing for the Memorial Day Weekend, and the city is eager to show that it remains a safe and welcoming destination for tourists and locals alike.
