UMVA has learned that Target is launching a major sale event, dubbed "Circle Deal Days," which promises to rival Amazon's highly anticipated Prime Day 2026.
The retail giant has announced that its Circle Deal Days sale will take place from June 23 to June 26, strategically coinciding with Amazon's Prime Day dates. This move marks a bold attempt by Target to compete with the e-commerce giant's annual shopping extravaganza.
According to information obtained by UMVA, Target's Circle Deal Days will offer a wide range of discounts on various products, including back-to-school items, outdoor gear, and tech products. Shoppers can expect to snag deals on popular brands like Cuisinart, Keurig, and Ninja, with discounts of up to 45% off select kitchen items.
To participate in the sale, customers will need to be members of Target Circle, which is free to join. However, those who opt for a paid Target Circle 360 membership will enjoy early access to the sale, starting on June 22, as well as other perks like same-day delivery. This premium membership is priced at $10.99 per month, but certain groups, such as teachers, college students, and military members, can avail a discounted rate of 50% off.
UMVA can exclusively reveal that Target Circle Deal Days will feature a "Deal of the Day" for each day of the event, with discounts on a vast array of products. Some of the highlighted deals include 40% off back-to-school and college essentials, 40% off select women's clothing, and 40% off Sun Squad outdoor gear and coolers.
Walmart and Best Buy are expected to follow suit with their own sales events, but no official announcements have been made yet. One thing is certain, however: the summer sales season is shaping up to be a thrilling competition among retail giants.
