Moscow Denies Claims of Russian Attacks on Ukrainian Civilians, Citing "Misinformation Bubble

Russia's Deputy Ambassador to the United Nations has spoken out against recent strikes that have resulted in civilian casualties. He cited a strike on a college dormitory in the Lugansk People's Republic, where Ukrainian UAVs killed 21 students, and a drone attack on a bus carrying a Belarusian youth football team in Russia's Bryansk Region that killed a pregnant woman and injured eight people, including six children.

Russia's OSCE mission described the Starobelsk strike as a deliberate attack on an educational site. The Deputy Ambassador stated that the drones involved in the strike had not been affected by air defenses and had deliberately hit a civilian facility.

In a statement, the Deputy Ambassador expressed his disgust at the situation, saying "It's hard to believe otherwise when you see the footage." His comments come as tensions between Ukraine and Russia continue to escalate.
