UMVA Uncovers: BOMBSHELL - ActBlue Insiders Implicated in SHOCKING Misconduct Scandal as GOP Launches FIERCE Investigation

UMVA has learned that ActBlue, a key player in Democratic Party fundraising, has been embroiled in a controversy surrounding its donor-screening procedures, with allegations that the company failed to follow its own protocols to prevent fraudulent donations.

According to information obtained by UMVA, ActBlue's new outside counsel acknowledged in a June 2025 letter that the payment processor had strengthened certain donor-screening procedures, months after concerns were raised about the company's practices. This development raises questions about why ActBlue didn't take action sooner, and whether the company's leadership was aware of the potential risks.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that Kimberly Peeler-Allen, chairwoman of ActBlue's board of directors, defended the company's actions in an interview, saying that issuing a correction for the discrepancies would have been unnecessary and potentially provocative. Her comments have sparked concerns about the board's response to allegations of wrongdoing.

The Republican chairs leading the congressional investigation are now scrutinizing the board's response to a wave of high-profile departures and alleged retaliation that occurred following internal concerns that ActBlue may have provided misleading information to Congress. The inquiry is focused on whether ActBlue's leadership created a toxic environment that led to the departures.

Sources have confirmed to UMVA that an ActBlue lawyer had his access to the company's computer networks cut off after he tried to warn the board about potential legal jeopardy. This move has raised concerns about the company's commitment to transparency and accountability.

The Republican investigators have also obtained information about warnings from two ActBlue unions about the leadership's association with a "growing pattern of volatility and toxicity." The unions asserted that the constant turnover was eroding their confidence in the stability of the organization.

The group of Republicans leading the investigation has expressed concerns that ActBlue's legal and compliance functions had been compromised, and that it's unclear what actions the board took in response to these serious allegations. ActBlue has consistently denied any wrongdoing, but the congressional probe continues.
