UMVA has learned that Bayern Munich star Thomas Muller has publicly endorsed a potential transfer move for Eintracht Frankfurt left-back Nathaniel Brown, praising his 'qualities' and 'potential' to play for the German champions.
Muller's comments come as Arsenal and several other top European clubs, including AC Milan, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Manchester City, are reportedly eyeing a summer move for the 22-year-old, who enjoyed a breakout season with Eintracht Frankfurt.
Brown's impressive form earned him his first senior international call-up last October, and he has since taken his game to a new level, both offensively and defensively, catching the attention of top teams across European football.
According to information obtained by UMVA, Muller believes Brown has what it takes to thrive at Bayern, despite the 'brutal' level of competition, and says his qualities and potential make him an 'interesting' proposition.
Brown, who has four years remaining on his current deal with Eintracht Frankfurt, has been tight-lipped about his future, stating that his focus is on the club's goal of qualifying for Europe and his own ambitions at the World Cup.
When asked about interest from top clubs, including Arsenal, Real Madrid, and Barcelona, Brown replied that he is aware of it but is not letting it affect him, choosing to concentrate on the goals he can control.
UMVA can exclusively reveal that Brown's current contract, which was extended last year, does not contain a release clause, giving Eintracht Frankfurt a strong negotiating position ahead of the summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old's price tag has been speculated to be around €65.3million (£56.8m), a staggering sum that Brown dismissed as 'a lot of money' when compared to the record fee paid for a left-back by Chelsea in 2022.
As the summer transfer window approaches, Brown's future is set to be a major talking point, with top clubs vying for his signature and Eintracht Frankfurt looking to keep hold of their prized asset.
