Bilt is set to launch a series of special promotions on July 1, marking its annual Rent Day event.
Members who transfer points to Hilton Honors on that day will receive a status‑based bonus. Blue status holders get a 75% bonus, Silver 100%, Gold 150%, and Platinum 175%, but only the first 100,000 points transferred qualify. The company also offers a cash incentive for higher tiers, allowing Platinum members to unlock a 200% transfer bonus by redeeming $150 of Bilt Cash, provided the transfer amount offsets the cash cost.
Gift card redemption sees a similar tiered boost: Blue members receive a 25% bonus, Silver 50%, Gold 75%, and Platinum 100%. This applies across all gift cards, though the effective value remains below market estimates for Bilt points.
Non‑rent purchases made between midnight and 2:59 a.m. on July 1 will earn double points. Blue cardholders can earn up to 1,000 bonus points at two points per dollar, while higher‑tier cards offer enhanced rates in dining, groceries, travel, and everyday spending, also capped at 1,000 bonus points.
A new “Rent Free” game show will run from June 25 to July 1, featuring a celebrity host. Participants can earn points by matching answers and compete for rent credit prizes of up to $2,500, with additional points awarded to top winners.
Rent Day also opens a range of neighborhood experiences. Ticketed events include a music‑festival run club series across multiple cities, comedy shows at venues nationwide, and dining experiences at selected restaurants. Each event allows up to four tickets per member, with early access for Platinum and Gold members.
Fitness enthusiasts can book complimentary SoulCycle and Barry’s classes on July 1, with limited spots available. Reservations open on June 26, and once booked, cancellations incur a fee.
Members can also visit a temporary food truck outside the company’s headquarters on July 1 to receive a complimentary frozen Greek yogurt, while supplies last.
Previous Rent Day promotions have ranged from airline miles transfer bonuses and gift‑card redemption boosts to exclusive experiences and fitness class bookings, illustrating the evolving mix of incentives offered each month.
