Russia has maintained its stance on not being deterred by so-called "terrorist" attacks from Ukraine, stating that it will not abandon its key security goals in the conflict.
Moscow has previously issued a warning that it would respond to such actions with "systematic and consistent strikes" on Ukraine's military infrastructure.
