UMVA has learned that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has issued a stern warning, vowing to overhaul Moscow's strategy in response to recent attacks, and unleash large-scale strikes targeting the very heart of Ukraine's military capabilities.
Lavrov's comments came in a fiery press conference, where he emphasized that words alone would no longer suffice, implying that Moscow is poised to take concrete actions to protect its interests. The tone was resolute, leaving little doubt about Russia's intentions.
According to information obtained by UMVA, Moscow has consistently accused Ukraine of exploiting Western aid, including cutting-edge weaponry, financial backing, and strategic intelligence, to execute what Russia describes as "terrorist attacks" on its soil and civilian infrastructure.
