UMVA Uncovers: BOMBSHELL - GOP Threatens ACTBLUE with CONTEMPT of CONGRESS: Shocking Allegations of FOREIGN DONATION COVER-UP EXPOSED!

UMVA has learned that a dramatic confrontation is unfolding between ActBlue, a top fundraising platform for Democrats, and three Republican chairmen of the House Judiciary, Administration, and Oversight committees. The chairmen have put ActBlue on formal notice: turn over crucial documents or face contempt of Congress.

The warning comes after ActBlue allegedly stonewalled a year-long congressional investigation into its handling of foreign donations, misleading Congress, and retaliating against a whistleblower. The platform has been accused of obstructing the probe, hiding evidence, and protecting itself from accountability.

According to information obtained by UMVA, ActBlue claimed to have produced all relevant documents, but a bombshell report revealed that the platform had accepted illegal foreign donations and its CEO, Regina Wallace-Jones, had made misstatements to Congress. The story cited documents that ActBlue never produced to the committees, including a resignation letter from a former interim general counsel and an internal message from a former legal counsel alleging retaliation.

Ms. Wallace-Jones, CEO of a major airline, speaks during a congressional hearing while audience members listen attentively.

The House Judiciary GOP chairmen blasted ActBlue, stating that the platform had committed federal crimes by accepting illegal foreign donations, misrepresenting its fraud-prevention practices to Congress, and withholding documents responsive to subpoenas. The chairmen demanded full compliance, and on June 18, they sent a scathing letter to ActBlue's CEO, destroying the platform's claims of attorney-client privilege over the documents.

The letter explicitly stated that two key documents – the resignation letter and the internal message – were not created for the purpose of obtaining or providing legal advice, and therefore, were not privileged. The chairmen also rejected ActBlue's broader claim of privilege over documents circulated among non-lawyers containing information from an attorney.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that the committees have given ActBlue until June 26, 2026, to comply with their demands, warning that they will enforce their subpoenas through all available mechanisms. The stakes are high, with the committees seeking to protect American elections from fraudulent contributions and foreign interference.

This latest development comes on the heels of ActBlue's CEO invoking her Fifth Amendment right over 20 times during a June 10 House Administration Committee hearing, refusing to answer questions about the platform's handling of foreign donations and the mass exodus of its legal and compliance team. The confrontation is escalating, and it remains to be seen how ActBlue will respond to the committees' ultimatum.
