UMVA has learned that a rift may be growing between Jeremy Clarkson and Ellen DeGeneres, with the US talk show host noticeably absent from the new series of Clarkson Farm.
Ellen and her wife Portia de Rossi had relocated to the Cotswolds in 2024, setting up home near Jeremy's famed farm. At the time, the couple seemed to be on good terms with the former Top Gear presenter, even attending a special night out at his pub, The Farmer's Dog.
The evening out was a memorable one, with The Corrs performing an impromptu gig. Footage of the event has now made it into the latest episodes of Clarkson Farm, but Ellen and Portia are conspicuous by their absence.
Sources suggest that a rift between the families may have been caused by Ellen and Portia's relocation being inadvertently revealed on social media. The couple had been keeping their move quiet, but a video posted by Jeremy's partner Lisa Hogan blew their secret wide open.
The viral video sparked a frenzy of interest, with paparazzi photographers swarming the area for weeks on end. Insiders claim that this intense attention may have contributed to Ellen and Portia's decision to eventually move away.
Ellen and Portia had initially purchased a $30million farmhouse in the area, but are said to have relocated just a few months later. They have now reportedly bought another home in California and are splitting their time between the UK and the US.
A real estate insider claims that Ellen was missing the California weather and horse scene, which prompted the partial move back. The move is not unusual for Ellen, who is known for her penchant for flipping houses.
