Located on the beachfront north of Cancun’s Hotel Zone, the new property sits amid white‑sand beaches, mangroves and the Mesoamerican reef.
Designed by Sordo Madaleno, the resort offers 163 guest rooms, including 50 suites. Standard rooms measure 538 sq ft and feature either a king or two queen beds with views of the ocean or mangroves; select rooms and suites include private pools, while the largest suites contain two or three bedrooms.
Base rates for a deluxe room with mangrove views start at $698 for a prepaid, non‑refundable stay and $871 for a flexible rate cancellable up to seven days before arrival.
Marriott Bonvoy members can book the resort for as few as 102,000 points per night, with a “stay‑five, pay‑four” award option allowing a five‑night stay for 408,000 points.
Guests can also benefit from the St. Regis signature services, such as butler assistance, afternoon tea and evening Champagne sabrage.
Amenities include an ocean‑front infinity pool, beachfront cabanas, a fitness center with panoramic sea views, a full‑service spa and a Kids Club.
The resort houses nine dining venues. Highlights are Costa Coral, an all‑day Mexican restaurant; Fish Market, serving Caribbean‑style seafood; Palmare Grill, offering Mexican coastal cuisine on the beach; and Shami, a rooftop venue that blends Japanese techniques with Mexican Caribbean ingredients.
