Trump's endorsement of Lindell comes ahead of the primary election on August 11. Lindell is currently leading the Republican primary field, with Trump's full support.
Trump also made claims about the elections in Minnesota, stating that they are "RIGGED" and that this is the reason why no Republican has won the election since Richard Nixon. Trump also claimed that he won the election in Minnesota multiple times, but was ultimately disappointed.
Trump's statement concluded with a call to action, urging voters to support Lindell and "MAKE MINNESOTA GREAT AGAIN." He also referred to Lindell as "one of America's greatest and most hardworking Patriots," who will bring Minnesota "back from oblivion and embarrassment."
Early primary voting has begun, and Trump expressed his confidence in Lindell's ability to win the election and make a positive impact on the state.
