UMVA Uncovers: BETRAYAL OF JUSTICE! Former US Attorney ARRESTED in Shocking Hit-and-Run Scandal That Will Leave You SPEECHLESS!

UMVA has learned that a shocking incident involving a former top law enforcement official has sent shockwaves through the community, raising questions about accountability and the rule of law.

Jennifer Lowery, a former U.S. attorney, is at the center of the controversy, charged with felony failure to stop and render aid following a vehicle crash in Houston on May 14. The incident has left many stunned, given Lowery's background in upholding the law.

According to information obtained by UMVA, the crash occurred when Lowery's vehicle allegedly struck a Nissan Altima driven by Gabriel Fonseca on Memorial Drive. Fonseca's account of the incident paints a vivid picture of chaos and confusion, as he recounted to police that he was traveling eastbound when his vehicle was suddenly hit on the driver's side by a car in the median.

Fonseca told police that he managed to move his vehicle to a safe location, but the other driver, later identified as Lowery, drove off without stopping to render aid. Fonseca reported a "ringing" in his ears and significant damage to his vehicle, with repairs estimated at around $35,000.

The driver who witnessed Lowery's vehicle fleeing the scene described it as a heavily damaged sedan with "substantial front end damage" and leaking fluids. The witness, who was walking his dog, saw a "white, blonde female" in her 30s or 40s driving the vehicle and watched as she parked it a few blocks away.

When police investigated, they found a vehicle matching the witness's description, with significant front-end damage and a missing bumper, registered to Lowery. As officers took photos of the damaged vehicle, Lowery's husband appeared, identifying himself as an attorney and claiming he would provide all necessary information – but notably, he would not allow Lowery to provide a statement.

The incident has sparked outrage, with Fonseca expressing dismay that Lowery, who had a reputation for holding people accountable, allegedly failed to do so herself in this situation. "It's quite ironic," Fonseca said. "Her career is holding people accountable."

Lowery's actions, or lack thereof, have raised serious questions about her judgment and commitment to upholding the law. As a former U.S. attorney, she was appointed to serve in April 2022 and led the office until her successor took over in December 2022.

The case against Lowery serves as a sobering reminder that no one is above the law, and that accountability is essential, regardless of one's position or background.
