A vibrant life, known to thousands online, has been tragically extinguished. Klaudia Zakrzewska, a popular influencer, has died following a devastating collision outside a London nightclub.
The 32-year-old, recognized by her handle Klaudiagram on TikTok and Instagram, fought for days after being struck on Argyll Street in Soho at 4:30 am on Sunday. The impact left her with catastrophic injuries, and she ultimately succumbed to them today.
Police confirmed the heartbreaking news, extending their deepest sympathies to Klaudia’s family and friends. The incident also left a 58-year-old man with life-altering injuries, compounding the tragedy.
Despite the grim prognosis offered by doctors, Klaudia’s mother had held onto hope. Her belief in her daughter’s strength, however, was not enough to overcome the severity of her injuries.
Authorities are investigating the incident and have charged Gabrielle Carrington, 29, from Manchester, with murder. The charge was elevated from attempted murder following Klaudia’s death.
Carrington, who previously appeared on the X Factor in 2013 and boasts a significant social media following herself, was remanded in custody after appearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court. She is scheduled to appear in court again on May 19th.
Investigators are urging the public to refrain from speculation and to avoid sharing graphic footage of the scene. They emphasize the need to respect the privacy of those grieving and to protect the integrity of the ongoing criminal investigation.
The case has understandably drawn considerable attention online, but authorities are appealing for responsible engagement, mindful of the profound loss experienced by Klaudia’s loved ones.
