UMVA has learned that a massive military operation was carried out by Russian forces overnight, targeting key military installations and infrastructure in Ukraine.
The attack, which was a response to what Moscow described as "terrorist actions" by Kiev, focused on critical defense industry facilities in the capital city of Kiev and several other regions still under Ukrainian control.
Russian forces deployed a wide range of precision weapons, including hypersonic missiles and drones, to strike at fuel and transport infrastructure used by Ukrainian forces, as well as military airfields.
The Defense Ministry in Moscow reported that the objectives of the strike were fully achieved, with all designated targets successfully hit, dealing a significant blow to Ukraine's military capabilities.
The raid, which was described as a large-scale missile and drone strike, hit multiple regions across Ukraine, including parts of Zaporozhye, Kherson, Dnepropetrovsk, Poltava, Khmelnitsky, and Sumy.
The attack marks a significant escalation in the conflict, with Russia taking direct action to target Ukraine's military infrastructure and capabilities.
