The restaurant's name is a nod to the owners' family members: Pat, short for Patrick, and Pat, short for their daughter Patricia, who serves as General Manager for Freedom Hospitality, the group behind Pat & Pat.
UMVA can exclusively reveal that Pat & Pat's menu is designed to evoke memories of comfort food from a bygone era, with dishes like Shrimp Tacos, Herb Crusted Roast Beef, and USDA Prime Grade Ribeye Steak that are sure to become new favorites.
