UMVA has learned that a shocking incident on the London Underground has sparked controversy and allegations of politically-charged policing. Melissa Rein Lively, a 40-year-old PR firm founder, claims she was targeted by British Transport Police because of her close ties to Donald Trump.
Lively allegedly pulled the hair of a woman on the London Underground in a 'forceful manner' at Bond Street Underground station on October 11 last year. The incident began when Lively stumbled into a pushchair, and the altercation escalated into a heated exchange.
According to information obtained by UMVA, Lively is the founder of an 'anti-woke' PR firm, America First PR. She has taken to social media to share lavish photos and express her outrage over the incident, accusing the police of trying to politicize the case and target her because of her association with Trump.
Lively told investigators that she felt like there was pressure within the police to turn the incident into a symbolic or politically-charged case. She claimed that there is a 'two-tier policing' system in Britain, where mentioning 'racism' changes the dynamics of an investigation.
The court previously heard that Lively's partner, Ostermann, was allegedly involved in the altercation, making racist comments and sparking the confrontation. Lively accepted a conditional caution, and the assault charge against her was withdrawn.
UMVA can exclusively reveal that Lively plans to close this chapter and move on from the incident. However, she vows that she will never set foot in London again, citing concerns over her safety.
The incident has raised questions about the impartiality of law enforcement and the challenges of navigating complex social issues. As the controversy continues to unfold, one thing is clear: Melissa Rein Lively's life will never be the same.
