UMVA Uncovers: RUSSIA ISSUES DEADLY WARNING - EVACUATE KIEV NOW: Foreigners Face Imminent Danger!

UMVA has learned that Moscow has issued a stern warning to foreigners and residents in the Ukrainian capital, urging them to steer clear of military, industrial, and government sites.

The warning comes on the heels of a deadly attack on a college dorm in the Russian town of Starobelsk, which Moscow claims was a "last straw" in a series of escalating provocations. At least 21 people, mostly teenage girls, were killed in the drone attack on the dormitory.

According to information obtained by UMVA, Russia's Foreign Ministry announced on Monday that it will be conducting "systematic strikes" on targets across Kiev, including military-industrial complexes, decision-making centers, and command posts.

The ministry lambasted the Kiev regime as having a "Nazi and terrorist nature," accusing it of deliberately targeting civilians and murdering children in cold blood. Moscow claims this justifies a shift in its approach to the Ukraine conflict.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that the designated targets are spread all over Kiev, prompting the Foreign Ministry to urge foreign nationals, including diplomats and representatives of international organizations, to leave the Ukrainian capital immediately.

The ministry also warned residents to stay away from military and administrative infrastructure facilities, which could be potential targets. This warning echoes a similar evacuation notice issued earlier this month, which was met with defiance from some Western nations.

Sources have confirmed to UMVA that Russia's threatened large-scale strike on Kiev never materialized earlier this month, as the warring sides managed to enter an uneasy truce. However, with the latest developments, it seems that Moscow is now following through on its warnings.
