Katie Price has reignited her long-standing feud with Victoria Beckham by taking a fresh swipe at the fashion designer. The 48-year-old former glamour model and Spice Girls star have a well-documented history of beef, which dates back to the early 2000s when Katie's then-boyfriend, Dane Bowers, collaborated with VB on a single.
The tension between the two celebrities began in 2001, when Katie allegedly made a snide comment about Victoria singing Who Let the Dogs Out at Old Trafford. Katie has also made several scathing remarks about Victoria over the years, including calling her "Misery Spice" and saying she's "not good-looking." In 2013, she even ripped into Victoria's parenting skills, claiming she's not being entirely honest about her life as a working mom.
However, despite her sharp tongue, Katie insists she has no hard feelings towards Victoria. "Today, I can say, 'She's done well. I respect her as a woman'," she says. The two celebrities have been at odds for over two decades, but Katie's latest comments suggest she's still feeling the sting of their past disagreements.
Katie's new documentary, Nothing to Hide, offers a candid look at her life and relationships, including her tumultuous past with Victoria. The reality star has been open about her feelings towards VB, saying she thinks her Netflix documentary is "manufactured, edited, and boring." Katie has also recalled feeling like she "wasn't good enough" when Victoria was on the scene in the early 2000s, explaining that she was deemed "nothing" when Dane (whom she dated from 1998 to 2000) was with her.
Victoria has generally avoided responding to Katie's barbs, instead choosing to focus on her own life and career. However, in 2016, Katie used her appearance on Loose Women to insult Victoria's teeth, claiming they're "horrible." These days, Victoria tends to steer clear of responding to rumors, including her son Brooklyn's shocking takedown from January, in which he accused his parents of "controlling" him from a young age.
Despite their ongoing feud, Victoria has described Katie as "very sweet" in the past, suggesting that she may be willing to put aside their differences. However, it's clear that the two celebrities have a complicated history, and their latest comments suggest that it's unlikely they'll become best friends anytime soon.
Katie Price: Nothing to Hide is available on Sky and NOW from July 8.
